‘Employability through Sport’: Sports 4 Employability and Enterprise (S4EE) is a concept developed through the Student Peer2Peer Social Enterprise model by E Squared and CIC.

The model has been piloted and tested by students working with partners in London at West Ham Football Club and with the Charlton Athletic Community Trust, the Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association, South Africa and India.

Sports 4 Employability and Enterprise (S4EE) targets young people and those at risk of becoming NEETs and/or are NEETs, through encouraging interactive learning of business and entrepreneurial skills using the medium of sports i.e. football (soccer) (F4EE), netball (N4EE), cricket (C4EE), touch rugby (TR4EE), kickball (K4EE) and hockey (H4EE) as a vehicle for the application of those skills.
